My problem started when I had repetitive thoughts about minor problems or incidents that affected my studies significantly. I had constant checking behavior and unknown fearfulness. I lost my confidence completely for appearing in the B.Sc. exam. I came to NIBS, Moulali for treatment and started on some medication and counseling. Dr. Mitra helped me in several counseling sessions to come out from my psychological problems. I appeared and cleared my graduation successfully and being able to lead my normal life now. I remain thankful to the doctors.

After I started my career as junior scientist I felt that my office environment is not friendly and I suspected that other coworkers in office are planning to disturb me by creating problems. I was unable to concentrate at my work and my supervisor asked me about my low performance. According to his advice I came to NIBS and found that I have some psychological problem for which I got treatment and counseling. I got my confidence back from the psychological therapy of Dr. Mitra and I am advancing in my career.

While being highly confused about my career after class XII exam, I got very fruitful career counseling from Dr. T. Mitra. Now I am completing my degree in hotel & Hospitality Management successfully.

My successful business was facing loss for my lack of initiative, pessimism, low confidence after my father’s death. A relative sent me to psychiatrist and had been treated for more than one year. Dr. T. Mitra helped me to come out from that darkness and I am being able to restart my business again as before.

My son was a 8 year old hyperactive unmindful child having complains from school. School wanted counseling for him and we took him to Dr. Mitra. My son had shown improvement after few sittings and being able to follow the class better than before.

I had high conflict with in-laws after my marriage. My husband also was distant from me. I felt irritable and distressed always. I came to know about counseling therapy and myself and my husband both went for marital counseling. Dr. Mitra helped us to come out of the crisis and we were able to be together with some adjustments at home

My relationship with my girl friend was often stressed and we had fights often. I used to check on her facebook and mobile phone and suspected that she had been keeping relationship with other friend. With help from Dr. T. Mitra, I came out gradually from my misconception and now myself and my girlfriend are in a stable relationship.
