Dr. Tanmoy Mitra has been working in the field of psychological treatment, therapy and research for more than 25 years. Dr. Mitra holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours and Master of Science degree in Biology, He has studied Biopsychology at The Ohio State University, USA and received a Doctorate degree in the area of psychiatric treatment from the University of Calcutta. His doctoral research focused on behavioral changes in psychiatric patients in response to pharmacological treatment and role of some biopsychological indicators.
I have been treated for psychological stress & loss of interest and energy for long time. Gradually I became unable to run my business and came to NIBS Moulali for treatment. Besides medication I was given sessions of psychotherapy by Dr. Mitra and I improved significantly in few weeks. Now I am running my business again and being able to spend good time with my family.
